Deleting Approval User Groups

Deleting an approval user group removes all approvers from that group, and removes it as an Approval option for campaign users. If any 'Unknown' values appear under permissions these are deleted Groups, and can be safely removed from the permissions area.

Procedure

  1. Select the Security tab.
  2. Locate the approval user group then click on the security browse tree menu.
  3. Click Delete.
